Keld Skytte Petersen is a Danish nature photographer, mostly addicted to birds. He lives on the island Funen in the middle of Denmark.
“Fishing was my whole life for many, many years – says Keld – and the camera was always with me. I took unbelievably many photographs of the fish I caught, but my curiosity in nature’s many wonders, turned into a “photo style”. Birds, insects, landscapes ended up taking over. I found that being in nature and photographing is the best medicine for any kind of difficulties I might be facing in my life, and now, after many years, I find it so giving. It’s a hobby where you can always get better, and find new ways to perform”.
