This photo tells about the break up of a couple who did not have time to say goodbye for some reason, and only leaves sad memories of the last time they saw their lover. It always reminded him of the last time he saw his girlfriend. This moment is very emotional and special to him – it always made him sad and think of his lover.
“I saw her, across the room. Beautiful face, warm place, I saw her behind the bathroom mirror. Staring at me as if it made me unable to leave, and the shadow of my lover who was sad and slowly faded”.
And when she saw her lover, unspoken words appeared in her mind:
“I know I have to leave you
But I’ve been studying for a long time,
If you love someone, you must be ready to let go”.
Perhaps this is the turning point of a journey. The hardest part of letting go is saying goodbye. But the words of parting were never spoken until the end of the meeting and left all the memories. Because the painful thing about breaking up is not having time to say goodbye to each other. This leaves deep regret and sometimes wants to bring her back to that time.
This scene inspired me to make this photo. In my opinion, this scene is very emotional and memorable, so it can have an impact on the audience. Technically, I created this photo using continuous light which I partially aimed at the glass area so that it penetrated the back of the model, and a little light towards the model. I used a slow shutter speed to create a dramatic blur in this photo to suit the storyline.

I don’t know. There would be definitely something I would do differently, but I can’t say what it would be…
