Born in Dubrovnik and currently residing in Zagreb, Olga Karlovac has reached widespread recognition, with exhibitions throughout the world. Her photographs have also been collected in a successful trilogy of books: The Disarray, Before Winter and Escape. Her constant exploration of different media and the drive to erase the boundaries between art forms have led to the creation of musical pieces inspired by her work. Powerful, mysterious and compelling, Olga Karlovac’s vision of the world is pure visual poetry.
Every year we release four quarterly printed editions of FRAMES Magazine. Each issue contains 112 pages printed on the highest quality 140g uncoated paper. You receive the magazine delivered straight to your doorstep. We feature both established and emerging photographers of different genres. We pay very close attention to new, visually striking, thought-provoking imagery, while respecting the long-lasting tradition of photography in its purest incarnation.
